Adam Miller

Realtor

Real Estate is what I do and I love it. I love that I can help people
with one of the largest financial decisions they will make in life.
This is my full time job and I live and breathe real estate. I
actually have a great and unique back story. My career prior to
joining Keller Williams Realty was in the hospitality industry. I
won’t bore you with all of the details, but I’ve had great success
because my focus has always been assuring that my customers
had a fantastic customer experience.

I had a long career with Panera Bread. I actually started with
them at the beginning of their launch. When I started with them
in the 90’s they were still called St. Louis Bread Company. And
although, I had a strong customer service background prior to
working there, Panera really taught me a lot about customer
service and doing whatever it takes to make sure the customer has
a great experience. This is what I bring with me to the real estate
world. At the end of the day, I am still in the customer service
industry and I believe this is what separates me from most agents.

In addition to my experience with Panera, I had the honor of
working for Wolfgang Puck in Los Angeles as well. There I
continued my focus on service and obviously a tremendous focus
on quality. It was a blast.

I had a long career in the restaurant business and most recently as a Federal Civilian with the USMC at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point and with the USAF at MacDill Air Force Base. Working in the food industry for over 15 years definitely gave me the skills to provide excellent customer service. I worked as an Executive Assistant to the Director of Logistics of NAVAIR and this provided a great focus on working on several different projects at one time while overseeing a staff of administrative assistants and 200 employees. Manager at for the 6th Medical Group, I was in charge of ensuring that all medical inspections tasks were delegated to the appropriate clinic personnel and ultimately passing the inspection. These positions helped me grow in my career and for that I am grateful to be able to bring my skills, care and work ethic to my current role of Executive Assistant to Adam Miller.
